Before we can confirm your collection, we'll check what the item is and if we can legally sell it. Please add a photo of your item to the booking form – we require this before we can confirm collection.

If we can collect your item on your selected date, you'll receive a text message the evening before with a 90-minute time slot. We can't change your time slot after confirmation, so please book a day you can be available at any time between 7am to 6pm.

Donating your items to Shelter Scotland

Customers can drop off donations or collect items at our back door. Please don't leave any items outside the shop when we're closed.

You can make your donation go further by adding Gift Aid. Ask in the shop for more details or find out more about Gift Aid.

Can't get to our shop? Post your small items to us instead.

We're grateful for every donation, but there are a few things we unfortunately cannot take.
